HOW COOL IS THIS?!
Every student who has raised over $100 by 9pm tonight, Sunday 10th August automatically goes in the draw to win a Razor Electric Scooter!
The Colour Carnival Fun Run will be held on Friday the 15th of August from 1.40pm onwards and will be a super fun afternoon of colour, slime and bubbles! There will also be a family fun run where you too can join in the fun with your kids and get your colour on!
This is one of our major fundraisers for the year with lots of amazing prizes up for grabs, so please get behind this great event and support our school by registering your child/children by clicking on the link below. It only takes less than a minute to do so please follow the steps below.
To register your child, please go to www.myprofilepage.com.au and follow the steps below.
STEP 1: Click on the "Register” button to create your Parent login
STEP 2: Create your child's profile page
STEP 3: Select your child's fundraising target (this can be edited at anytime) and click "Create Page"
STEP 4: Your child's profile is now registered!
If you have more than one child at Ascot, you can register multiple children under the one parent login by:
STEP 5: Clicking on the "Add another child" button in the top left corner
STEP 6: Complete the next child's profile page and follow from Step 3 above.
NOW THIS IS THE FUN ONE TO HELP OUT AT!
We’re looking for volunteers to help with setting up, throwing colour and slime etc at the participants and to help out on the BBQ and Bar so please sign up on the link below and help us make the Colour Carnival a success!

THIRD TIMES A CHARM!
After yet another rainy weekend, we’re excited to announce that the Ascot Long Lunch has been rescheduled (again) to Saturday, 30th August!
No action needed — your current tickets are still valid for the new date so pop it in your diary, cross your fingers for sunshine and get those babysitters booked!
For those of you who have friends that can now make it and would like to join your table or sit with you, just have them book their tickets via the link below and mention your name in the booking comments.

- Are my tickets still valid or do I need to rebook for the new date?
 
Yes, your tickets are still valid and automatically rolled over to the new date, so you don’t need to do anything.
- I’ve got friends that can now make it, can they still get tickets and sit with me?
 
Yes, additional tickets have been released so your friends can book via the link above. Just ensure they mention your name in the comments section in the booking and we’ll ensure you’re seated together.
- I can now make it to Long Lunch, is it still possible to pre-order champagne?
 
Yes, you can pre-order champagne via the link above.
- I can’t make it on the new date for the Long Lunch. Is it possible to get a refund?
 
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable, however if you are unable to make it you’re welcome to on-sell your tickets to family or friends who can take your place. If this is the case, please email comms@ascotsspandc.org to inform us of the new names for your booking so they can be updated on the seating chart.
- I’m now unable to make it to the Long Lunch but already pre-ordered champagne. What happens now?
 
No problems, please email comms@ascotsspandc.org and we can arrange for you to collect it.
