The Mother's Day Stall will take place this Friday 9th May. For those new to the school, this takes place during the day on the undercover games court where students are brought down by their teachers to select their Mother's Day gift bags from the stalls.
This year we have a whole new range of gorgeous gifts available and you are welcome to purchase as many as you would like. All gift bags are $10 each and are only available for purchase in advance on Flexischools (we will be unable to accept cash on the day).
All funds raised go straight back into our school, so please jump onto Flexischools now to purchase a present for your Mum, Grandmother, Aunt or for that special person in your life that you celebrate Mother's Day with.
We are also looking for volunteers to help out on the day with packing the gift bags and helping the children choose their special gift. If you’re able to lend a hand, please sign up via the link below:
ARE YOU COMING TO LONG LUNCH? ONLY 2 WEEKS LEFT TO BOOK!
After a fantastic event last year, it is with great excitement that we announce the return of the Ascot Long Lunch which will be held on Saturday, 31st May. Enjoy a fabulous afternoon mingling with friends in true long lunch style. With amazing live entertainment all afternoon, you don’t want to miss this one so get your group together and your tickets booked now!
With the Ascot Long Lunch just over a month away, we need your help in securing some amazing auction and raffle items to raise funds for our school.
Do you have access to or know someone who works in the hotel industry or has holiday accommodation? Or maybe your connections are within the sporting arena? We would love any contributions such as gift vouchers, sporting tickets, holiday stays, experiences, gift hampers or merchandise so if you can help please reach out by emailing comms@ascotsspandc.org

PREP - IT'S YOUR TURN TO GET YOUR GROOVE ON AT THE GLOW DISCO!
This year it’s all about the GLOW so be sure to come along dressed in your favourite fluoro or neon and don’t forget to order your Glow-in-the-Dark glasses to shine the night away! Tickets are now on sale on Flexischools where you can also order a pair of our Glow-in-the-Dark sunnies, with all funds raised going towards Ascot SS. Please note, all tickets must be pre-purchased on Flexischools as no tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
Disco tickets also include a packet of chips and a drink and children are also welcome to bring their water bottles.
Also, due to safety reasons NO BYO GLOW PRODUCTS are permitted. Our Glow-in-the-dark glasses are school safe and will be only glow item allowed.
If you would like to come along and help out at your child’s disco, please sign up on the link below. (Please note, children will be supervised by teaching staff and signed-up volunteers however if the sign-up sheet is full and your little one is nervous about you leaving, you’re more than welcome to stay until they settle in)
